By purchasing or requesting our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Nature of Our Services
Finova Pro LLC provides professional bookkeeping support, payroll coordination, and financial back-office assistance. As our services are digital and service-based, there are no physical products to return.
Once a service has been initiated or completed, it may not be eligible for a refund except under specific circumstances described below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund request may be considered under the following conditions:

A duplicate payment was made in error

A billing error occurred during the payment process
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

The client fails to provide required information or documentation

The client changes their mind after the service has started
Because our services involve professional time and expertise, completed or partially completed work is generally non-refundable.
4. Service Cancellations
Clients may request cancellation of a service before work has started. If the service has not yet begun, a refund may be issued at the discretion of Finova Pro LLC.
Once work has started, cancellation may not qualify for a refund.
5. Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
6. Service Satisfaction
Finova Pro LLC is committed to maintaining high service standards. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, we encourage you to contact us so we can review the situation and work toward a reasonable resolution.
